Successful bike campaign for a good cause

The results of this year’s “Cycle to Work” campaign are impressive: with a total of 26,333 kilometers cycled, our employees have made a valuable contribution to their own health while supporting a good cause.

As part of the campaign, we donate 5 cents for every kilometer cycled. Sebastian Drewes presented the rounded-up total of €2,000 to the Bremen Cancer Society (Bremer Krebsgesellschaft e.V.) this year.

The association helps people with cancer and their families by offering personal counseling and providing comprehensive information on cancer prevention – valuable work that we are very happy to support.

The results of the campaign at a glance:

• Sustainability: By cycling instead of driving by car, we were able to save 4.7 tons of CO2.
• Health: Regular exercise outdoors promotes physical well-being, strengthens the cardiovascular system, and can reduce stress.
• Team spirit: The joint effort of the cycling teams strengthens cooperation and cohesion among colleagues.
